Room size needs improvement!!! Maintenance issues such as broken lightbulbs and noise from neighbors could use attention!!! Poor communication among staff about services leads to confusion and dissatisfaction!!!

Its location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, right beside a mosque. Local fast food option Aynen Durum was 5 minutes walk away. Our room was a nice size with a good view or a great view and a cosy balcony plus English channels TV.

The rooftop view steals the show
Woke each morning to amazing views of a nearby mosque and the shimmering sea. The staff reminded me of family, always keen to help with travel tips. Truly enchanting!
We faced a small hiccup with the hot water, leaving us shivering during our morning showers. Despite the charming atmosphere, it was a troubling start to the day.

The Sultan Palace Hotel is a new hotel. Everything is nice and very clean! The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good, it only takes a five minute walk to get to the blue mosque. Only the price was maybe a bit high.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We loved relaxing on the terrace while enjoying the fine sea view and sipping our drinks-not to mention the delicious complimentary breakfast served each morning.
In my wife's opinion, a small play area for kids would be great.

All staff were so kind...!! I forgot my earrings there and they kept them for me until a friend could pick them up. They were very kind and helpful. Whenever I come back, no doubt I will stay there.

Thank you for making our stay a really nice experience. Hotel's breakfast is amazing, includes eggs and cheese. Good service and the food is good. They offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge too. Excellent location to the major tourist sites, you can walk everywhere. It's not far from main attractions, and Besiktas.
The room is too small.
